Tufekcioglu Patented Slurry Pumps

Volute and fan in Tufekcioglu patented slurry pumps are generally lined with natural rubber or polyurethane resistant to quick wear. Optionally, steel casting (Ni-Hard) fan application suitable for high cycles is also available for high altitude and flow rates.

Tufekcioglu patented slurry pumps are trouble-free and long-lasting with their solid bearing house, bearings suitable for overloads and high-reliability shaft-rotor assemblies.

It is designed in a structure that can be slid axially with distance adjustment bolts on the pedestal, and thanks to the bearing house-shaft-rotor assembly, the fan and volute gaps are correctly, quickly and easily adjusted.

Pumps are protected against impacts and overloads by means of a pedestal and belt-pulley system of suitable weight that absorb vibrations and carry the motor pump system safely.

Thanks to the two-piece volute design, rubber volute liners and pump fan can be replaced easily and quickly. In addition, thanks to the optional sliding steel frame under the pedestal, the volute can be opened without removing it and the fan replacement is made easier and in a short time with rubber linings.
