Washing Drum
The washing drum is used to separate the clay and sediments adhered to the sand-gravel or ore grains and discharge them with water as a result of the rotational movement of the drum and the liners/blades inside of it scrubbing the material each other. In order to extend the life of the drum, inner surfaces of the drum are covered with 40-50 mm rubber.
Drum Coating
All sizes of drive drum and roller are covered with hot vulcanization, and wear and tear resistant rubber.
The rubber surface is smoothed to the desired size by grinding, and if desired, a herringbone or diamond channel is opened.
Bunker / Boiler Coating
Bunkers and boilers are covered with rubber liners resistant to wear and tear by hot or cold process.
