Slurry Pumps
Froth pumps are pumps with high suction capability operating with no knocking, which are not easily clogged, and are not blocked by air accumulation, with a full radial, semi-open fan design with large diameter suction nozzle. They enable smooth pumping of frothy flotation concentrates.
The air trapped in the froth is discharged by operating according to the hydrocyclone principle with the specially designed conical shaped tank. Thus, the pulp is pumped more effectively.
The shaft-fan assembly is designed in a structure that can be slid vertically on the tank with its solid bearing house and bearings suitable for overload, it is highly reliable and is suitable for carrying all vertical loads. Thanks to its sliding feature, the fan openings can be adjusted accurately, easily and quickly.
The volute is opened without removing it thanks to the sliding device under the tank, and the fan is replaced easily and quickly with the rubber lining.
Since the motor-pump connection is provided by a belt-pulley system, it is protected against impacts and overloads.
