Tufekcioglu Kaucuk Makine ve Madencilik A.S. takes the possible highest level security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Pursuant to Article 10  of the Law No. 6698 on the "Protection of Personal Data" and in line with your satisfaction, it informs you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data are collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights.

In accordance with the Law, you are entitled to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used according to its purpose, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred at home/abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, to request deletion/destruction of it within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7  of the Law without prejudice to the exceptional cases listed in the Law, to request the above-mentioned transactions to be notified to the third  parties to whom it is transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis with automatic systems, to request the compensation of the damage if you suffer damage due to illegal processing.

Personal data cannot be processed without the express consent of the relevant person.

Personal data can be processed without seeking for the explicit consent of the relevant person in the event of one of the following conditions.

• If it is clearly stipulated in the laws.
  
• If it is compulsory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to disclose his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid.
• If it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
• If it is mandatory for the data officer to fulfill his/her legal obligation.
• If it is made public by the person concerned.
• If data processing is compulsory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
• If it is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of the data officer, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
